The Plains is considered one of the oldest neighbourhoods in West Burlington. A mix of charming older and newer detached homes and high-rise condos it is conveniently located to all of the amenities in downtown Burlington. For train commuters, the Plains is an ideal community because of its proximity to the Burlington GO Station. the neighbourhood is also very close to the Royal Botanical Gardens and Cootes Paradise which are both family destinations.
